나는 영원한 시간 속에서 살아가는 인간의 중요성과 존재 이유에 대하여 발언하려 한다. 작품에는 중요한 한 가지의 메시지를 담고 있는데, 그것은 짧은 시간의 삶이지만, 가장 중요한 순간들이라는 것을 은연중에 강조하고 있다.

I want to speak about the importance and reason for existence of human beings living in eternal time. The work contains one important message, which is to subtly emphasize that life is short, but it is the most important moments.

한 여인이 아이를 안고 있는데, 그 아이는 아주 중요한 임무를 지니고 있으며, 인류의 역사를 좌지우지하는 데, 그리스도이며, 독생자이다. 그가 시간과 공간의 중요한 지점에서 어머니의 품에 안겨 있다.

A woman is holding a child, and the child has a very important mission, and the child is Christ, the only begotten son, who has the power to influence the history of mankind. He is held in the arms of his mother at a crucial point in time and space.

프레더릭 더글러스(Frederick Douglass, 1818년 2월 14일 ~ 1895년 2월 20일)는 미국의 노예제 폐지론자, 신문 발행인, 강연자, 정치가이자 개혁가였다. "애너코스티아의 철인"과 "애너코스티아의 사자"로 불렸던 더글러스는 자신의 시대의 가장 두드러진 아프리카계 미국인들 중에 있으면서 미국 역사상 가장 영향력 있는 강연자와 저자들 중의 하나였다.

Frederick Douglass (born Frederick Augustus Washington Bailey, c. February 14, 1818– February 20, 1895) was an American social reformer, abolitionist, orator, writer, and statesman. Dubbed the "Iron Man of Anacostia" and the "Lion of Anacostia," Douglass was one of the most prominent African Americans of his time and one of the most influential speakers and authors in American history.

이 작품은 한 여인의 열정이 마치 영원한 순환처럼 자연스럽게 이루어지고 있다. 인체를 둘러싼 원형은 팔에서 연장되어 추상화되어, 뫼비우스의 띠와 같은 이미지로 변한다. 우아한 파동과 같이 여인의 춤사위가 시각 이미지로 승화하고 있다.

This work is a natural manifestation of a woman's passion, as if in an eternal cycle. The circle surrounding the human body is extended from the arm and abstracted, transforming into an image like a Möbius strip. The woman's dance moves, like elegant waves, are sublimated into a visual image.
